Subject Delisting Pork Cutout Futures and January 2004 Lumber.

Effective Date  

1)    On Wednesday, December 11, 2002 the Board approved the delisting of Pork Cutout (PC) futures/options. The contracts are traded on Globex® only. After the close on Friday, December 13 all contract months are to be delisted.  Calculation of the Pork Cutout Index will be discontinued after December 13.

  

2)    As part of a change in Lumber delivery procedures the January 2004 Lumber (LB) futures contract month is to be temporarily delisted after the close on Friday December 13, 2002. 

The contract month will be relisted, along with the March 2004

contract month, after the expiration of January 2003 Lumber

futures next month.
